This on is also from our road trip to Bellingham.
In the spring, the Skagit Valley explodes with color from field
upon field of brilliant tulips. In the winter those fields are full of
thousands of Snow Geese and Swans. Skagit Valley is
a very special place with the Puget Sound on one side of farm land
and the mountains, like Mt. Baker, on the other.
